1. Ready-stock wholesale — finished products that can ship immediately, including an option to add your own brand label.
2. Custom production — build a product from scratch to your exact design, fabric choice, and brand identity.

MOQ differs by service type:

• Ready-stock wholesale: 2 kodi (40 pcs)
• Wholesale + your own brand label: 2 kodi (40 pcs)
• Custom production – pashmina: 2 fabric rolls per colour (±50 pcs/roll)
• Custom production – gamis/tops: 2 fabric rolls per colour (±30 pcs/roll)

For custom production, expect approximately 6 weeks from fabric selection to completion — covering sampling, your approval, and full production.

For ready-stock wholesale, dispatch is much faster since orders only require packing and shipping.

Yes. A sample commitment fee starts at Rp 300,000.

If you proceed to production, this fee is fully credited to your first Purchase Order — so the sample is effectively free for clients who go ahead.

The ordering process from start to delivery:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email

3. We send a price quote
4. Confirm order and pay 30% deposit
5. Production starts; sample produced for approval
6. Final payment before shipment

Payment is via bank transfer with a staged down-payment system:

1. 30% deposit — upfront at order confirmation
2. 50% deposit — after sample approval
3. 20% balance — before shipment

No. We exclusively serve wholesale buyers with a minimum of 2 kodi (40 pcs). We do not accommodate single-piece or retail purchases.

Production capacity fills up faster ahead of peak season. For custom or private label orders that must be ready before Ramadan, we recommend starting discussions 2–3 months in advance to secure production and delivery slots.

Yes — our wholesale pricing is tiered by volume: the larger the order, the better the per-piece price. Share your estimated monthly volume when requesting a quote so we can offer our best rate.

Yes — and we actually recommend it. You don’t need to drop your current factory first. Run a parallel trial: order one of your best-sellers in a small batch (from 2 kodi / 40 pcs), compare it against your existing production, and only shift volume once it genuinely matches. Low risk, and your live supply stays protected.

In most cases, yes. Send us a physical sample of your product plus the fabric name/type, and we’ll match the fabric, stitching, and sizing through our sampling process (Rp 300,000 commitment fee, fully credited to your first PO). Our exclusive fabric-supplier network often opens up materials that are hard to source elsewhere.

Start with a sample first (Rp 300,000 commitment fee, fully credited to your first PO) to check the stitching, fabric, and color. Once it’s right, a trial order can start from 2 kodi (40 pcs). You don’t need to commit to a large volume to prove our quality.

As early as possible — ideally 4–5 months before Ramadan. Example: if Eid falls in March, stores need stock ready around mid-January, so our production must start in October–November. That means your Ramadan PO should ideally come in around October. Coming early leaves room for sampling and a trial; coming late means competing for capacity with everyone else.

Absolutely. We accept custom designs from clients — you can send sketches, reference photos, or design files.

Fabrics are tailored to the product type and your brand needs.

Every product goes through multi-layer quality checks:

1. Material selection
2. Pattern and size verification
3. Stitching inspection
4. Final inspection before packaging

Products that fail QC are not shipped.

Two working systems are available:

1. CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) — you supply the fabric; we provide cut, make & trim services. Same MOQ: 2 kodi / 40 pcs.
2. FOB / Full Package — we source the fabric; goods arrive already QC-checked, labelled, and packaged — ready to sell.

Most private label clients choose FOB for convenience and guaranteed quality control.

We hold exclusive access to a network of domestic and international fabric suppliers. The result: fabrics with a signature character and hand-feel that other factories and counterfeits struggle to duplicate — a real differentiator for your brand.

Every order passes multi-layer QC and is individually retail-packaged at our factory. Goods arrive ready to display and sell — no repacking or re-inspection needed on your end.

Our private label package covers woven or printed labels sewn into the product, a hangtag in your brand name, and custom packaging. Our team will help choose the label type that fits your product and budget.

Yes. Maklon — you bring the design and brand, we handle production end-to-end from fabric to packaging — is our full-package custom production (FOB) service. MOQ is 2 fabric rolls per color, with a ±6 week turnaround.

The designs, patterns, and fabrics you develop with us stay yours — we don’t resell your custom work or make near-copies of it for other brands. We value ethics and a long-term relationship over a quick win; it’s one of the reasons we’ve lasted 20+ years in this trade. We’re also open to signing an NDA if you’d like one.

For clients with enough volume, yes. Because we work directly with the fabric mills, we can have a certain fabric type produced exclusively for you — not sold to anyone else. On a smaller scale, we can lock a specific color for your brand only. The goal is to give you a product competitors can’t easily copy.

Throughout Indonesia — via trusted couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Anteraja, etc.). Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Direct factory pickup — available for clients who prefer to collect orders themselves in Bandung.

International shipping — available; we have fulfilled orders outside Indonesia before. Contact us for details.

Yes. We have supplied brands across Indonesia and Malaysia, and international shipping is available. Contact us via WhatsApp with your destination and estimated volume for a shipping quote.

Typically Bandung–Jakarta is around 2 days (express can be 1 day) and Bandung–Surabaya around 3–4 days, depending on the courier and service you choose. For more remote areas like the interior of Kalimantan, we ship regularly with a 7–14 business-day estimate. Whatever the destination, goods leave the factory sell-ready — QC-passed and individually packaged — so they go straight onto your shelf with no repacking.

1 kodi = 20 pieces — the standard wholesale unit in Indonesia’s textile trade. Our MOQs are counted in kodi: minimum 2 kodi (40 pcs) for ready-stock wholesale.

Yes — many brands use us exactly that way. As a second source we give you backup capacity (200,000+ pcs/month), access to exclusive fabrics your current factory may not have, and a safety net when one supplier gets overwhelmed. Onboarding ideally happens off-season, before the Ramadan/Eid peak.
